Hi there! I have like 7 drafts of posts in a queue but the execution has been difficult. I have so many ideas and I feel like I need someone to do the work so that I could just remain like a creative director of my blog haha :D.
Here’s a sporty outfit with my new sneakers that are super cute! I ordered them online for like 1000 rs. You can’t see that on the photos, but they have awesome glitter on them (and not the kind that falls off) and a lovely pink/turquoise pop of color. I just styled them with my favorite pair of shorts and a crop top. This Nike backbag I got from Finland last time and I’m using it every day. I was thinking twice if I should get it, doubting I would ever use it but it’s perfect for taking to the gym!
We have now increased our training level a bit, and we’re basically training every day with our personal trainer. Mainly functional and circuit training plus some TRX. Of course we have 1 or 2 rest days per week. I also go to Bodypump and Bodycombat, because I feel like they’re the only types of classes that give me enough challenge. We have trained since November and I can see that I have lost some fat, gained a little bit of muscle and surely I have toned up. Some of my old clothes feel loose now so that’s a clear sign I have become smaller YAY! I haven’t even been on any diet, but the great thing in India is that basic indian food is super healthy and mainly vegetarian. Now I’ve become one of those people who feel bad about missing one day at the gym! Hate those people hahaah.
