Here’s a look from Saturday that I consider the best and most comfortable makeup look for myself. It’s not too much but still looks polished and my features are accentuated in a subtle way. I have small features, so this makeup makes the eyes and the lips appear a bit bigger than they naturally are.
For this makeup look I used foundation, concealer, bronzer, blusher and highlighter. I used a light beige eyeshadow and did the soft brown shadowing with the same matte bronzer for the eyes as well. I just applied it around the eyes into the crease and the lower eyelids and blended in. And finally a thin stroke of liquid eyeliner onto the lashline of the upper eyelid plus mascara. Brows and a bright lip gloss and that’s it! Again this is nowhere near the textbook detailed perfect makeup, just my quick and easy natural “colouring” of the face, like my fiancé calls it :D.
I actually used my Remington Pearl Wand here in Delhi for the second time as I don’t really do much to my hair in this humidity. But I just love the natural, uneven waves that the Pearl Wand can do. And it’s super quick, just 3-6 sections for like 5 seconds each and I get this natural tousled look :). I can’t believe they lasted through the day even outside (it’s getting too hot here these days). The perfect messy surfer waves ❤
You know I have been rooting for the Clarins Natural Lip Perfector, and now I noticed that they have 2 new spring shades on the market! Perfect cold tones for fair features. I have to have them and I went to Sephora to buy them, but turns out they don’t even sell Clarins makeup products in the whole India! WHYYY?! I will recruit my family to bring them when they arrive here in 2 weeks from Finland 😉
