This is going to be my last post about the wedding. I had the whole indian bridal look for the wedding of course. A lot of bling and jewellery and makeup :D. Not really my signature style, but the peach-colored dress was pretty subtle and I gave directions not to go overboard with the makeup and hair either. The traditional kundan jewellery was also very stylish and not too blingy.
Before the wedding day we had the Ladies’ Sangeet party, which is like this henna party for the women in the family. All the women take henna tattoos there and then eat and dance a lot. I mean A LOT :D. I had my henna before the party in my hotel room.
I don’t have many pics of the Ladies’ Sangeet or they are very blurry, as I didn’t really have time to take any. Here’s one of me and Rahul.
And to the bridal look. I was posing for hours in all kinds of weird positions haha. I’m so critical about my photos and also the quality of them, so a few made it through my filter, even with slight flaws…
Maybe I’ll still get that white dream dress on our 1st wedding anniversary 😉
