My Weekly Training Schedule & New Sneaks

Time flies here (when you’re having fun ;)). We have now gotten to know the public transport and our surroundings quite well here in Singapore. I have also developed a weekly training routine, which varies a bit every week. I decided to post about my training habits of last week because I was vigorous with it and full of motivation haha.

Monday: Bodycombat

Tuesday: Hot Yoga

Wednesday: Bodypump + CX Works

Thursday: Hot Yoga

Friday: Bodypump

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Was supposed to attend a 60 min. outdoor Bootcamp held by Rahul’s personal trainer, but had to cancel πŸ˜¦ so this day was also rest (and eating a lot due to Diwali)

I finally found white sneakers which I’ve been hunting for a while <3. Plus super comfy yoga pants, which I got in 2 different colors. Truly a bargain for 9,90 dollars! So basically I’ve been living in yoga pants, sneakers and flip flops for the past month πŸ˜€ can’t complain! But next weekend we have our first Chinese/Singaporean wedding to attend to, so I’m very excited about that and we get to dress up.


​This was right after Bodycombat class when I walked home, lovely hair (NOT). I found a great bakery/cafe/lunch place, Swissbake, which beats Starbucks and all the other chains 10-0 according to me. Grabbed an ice latte from there. They have all the fresh baked goods. Other one of my favorite is abc cafe ❀ both are located in Vivo City/Harbourfront where my gym also is.
