Lassi is an indian yoghurt drink which can be sweet, salty or even little spicy. My favourites are mint lassi and mango lassi. Since fresh mangoes are only seasonal, mint lassi is always easy to prepare from fresh ingredients.
All you need is plain yoghurt, mint leaves, sugar and ice. Click here for my homemade yoghurt recipe!
MINT LASSI – SWEET YOGHURT DRINK
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2-3 tbsp sugar
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend til smooth.
