I love smoothies! The easiest and healthiest snack on the planet that actually fills you. You can frequently see me queuing on the Boost juice/smoothie chain’s counter in Vivo City.

Sky is the limit when it comes to smoothies. Sometimes I make protein or collagen smoothies, sometimes only berry-based or fruit smoothies and also more filling versions with chia-seeds or oats.

Lemon Collagen Vitamin breakfast smoothie

This lemon smoothie is a great vitamin boost for breakfast if you like tangy flavors (like me). Vitamin C of lemons help maintain your skin’s radiance and even complexion while collagen powder retains the plump and youthful bounce of healthy skin.

Zest of 1 lemon

1 cup plain yoghurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp collagen powder

1 banana (optional for extra sweetness)
